HOW TO USE

1. Please Keep the Dog Wash Clean

  • Brush your dog before washing.
  • Use the high-velocity dryer first for thick-coated dogs.
  • Do not leave hair in the tub.
  • Return all items after use.

2. Choose a Private Wash Station

  • Choose any available wash station.
  • Wear an apron to keep your clothes dry.
 

3. Tap Your Card or Pay with Cash

  • Tap your card and do not remove it too quickly.
  • Wait until all four lights appear.
  • The machine will not activate until the starting payment has been completed.
 

4. Wash Your Dog (About 10 Minutes)

  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Anti-Flea Shampoo
  • Rinse Water
  • All products are automatically dispensed through the hose.
  • Prefer your own shampoo? No problem—simply switch to Rinse Water whenever you’re ready.
  • We also have extra shampoo and conditioner available if you need them.
  • Additional dogs: $10 each. The machine will alert you when it’s time to add more time.
  • Adjustable water pressure with water gun.
 

5. Move to the Dry Area

After washing, head to our Dry Area.Use our NEW K-9 III High-Velocity Dryer for a fast, professional drying experience.
  • Dries up to 3× faster.
  • Ideal for thick-coated breeds.
  • Powerful airflow with low heat for a safer drying experience.
  • Unlimited drying time.
