It makes the whole experience so much less stressful for both you and your dog. I actually drive over an hour to come here even though there are other dog wash options closer to me. The environment, cleanliness, and overall experience are just that good. The tubs are always impeccably clean and I have personally seen them cleaned between dogs which I really appreciate. I’m so grateful I found this place. If you are looking for a clean and well run self service dog wash this is absolutely the spot.

First time going to this place, the private rooms are really nice make bathing my dog so much easier. There is shampoo ,brushes, towels & perfume to make my dog smell nice and clean.

Best Friend Dog Wash is the best I’ve used! Very easy to use and reasonably priced at $35. My dogs really appreciate the adjustable water nozzle; my older dog likes a gentle wash. I like the no scent natural products, can’t speak for my dogs there though, lol. It’s clean too, unlike some others I’ve tried. I recommend trying this place!

Best dog wash station! Open 24/7 with private rooms and everything included. The adjustable water pressure works great for different dog sizes. We used the press-button machine so we could pause time while washing our 3 dogs — super convenient. Spent about $45 total, which is a great price. Very easy to use — just scan and pay, then choose shampoo, conditioner, rinse, or dryer. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! Clean, convenient, and very affordable. Adjustable water pressure is perfect for my dogs, and I love that extra shampoo and towels are included. Was able to wash two dogs for just $25!

Edit: in response to the owner Please just update the website pricing. Saying it is $22+ per wash instead of $25+ is one thing. Saying an additional dog is $10 when it is actually $25+ is another thing. It is very misleading, but it can be easily fixed. There are some new reviews today saying two dogs were only $25 or $35 total... I don't know how this would be possible unless you split one wash between the two dogs. When I called ahead of time to ask about two dogs they said I should pay by the wash, which was why I split them up. I assumed the pricing on the website would still apply. Yes, Pet Spawt is $18-$24, which is cheaper than $25 as I said. I did not say it was $12-$18, just that most other places are, which is true. Here is a list of other affordable options that you could use if you don’t want to pay as much money but also don’t want to wash your pet at home: Pet Supplies Plus - $14 per wash or get a 5 time punch card for $40 (comes out to $8 per wash) Tractor Supply Co - $10 per wash, loyalty customers get 4th wash free Paw Paw’s - $12-$20 depending on size Dog’s Meow - $15-$18 for 30 minutes depending on size and materials Ma and Paw's - $16-$19 Thunder Wash Car and Pet Wash - $12 for 12 minutes Healthy Pets - $10 Lastly, as I said, I did see the towels, I just forgot to grab one on my way in. I considered using some on my way out but didn’t see any labeled place to put used towels and didn’t want to leave a mess. It would be nice to have a clearly labeled spot for used towels. Original Review: This place is a great idea and some of it was executed well. Having private rooms is a great plus and made it so much easier with me and my two dogs because I could have them both off the leash and be bathing one without worrying too much about the other - I knew they wouldn't be bothering other people. This was one of the reasons I chose to try this place out and it was great! The wash itself is fine, it works as you would expect it to work, water pressure may be a bit low but that's nice for sensitive dogs, and the blow dryer is not the strongest. There aren't a whole lot of brush options, and they were all clearly used, but it was nice to have the option. Also, the towels were in a separate room from where you actually did the bathing, and I didn't see a place to put used towels (I didn't look that closely and could have missed it). I forgot to grab one on the way in and didn't feel comfortable leaving my dogs alone in the room to go grab one later, so I only had the blow drier and my dogs both left pretty wet. If I had just grabbed a couple towels on the way in that would've solved that, I just wouldn't have known where to put used ones, and there was nobody to ask questions to. While there were a couple of things I didn't love, one thing in particular is the reason I can't give this place 5 stars. The pricing on the website is off. It says a wash starts at $22 and an additional dog is $10. I figured that was a good value for two dogs, and if that had been true I think it would have been well worth it and I would be willing to go back despite the other things that weren't ideal. In reality, it was $25 per dog. There was no option to select two dogs and there was nobody there to ask questions to and figure out how to fix it. So I ended up paying nearly twice as much as I was expecting, which never feels good. They really need to update their website, I would not have chosen to go there if I had known that that was the price, and it is not worth that much money. I looked at several other places ahead of time and this is more expensive than anywhere else, including Pet Spawt which is super high end. Most other places would've been $12-$18 a dog. Unfortunately, in my opinion this just isn't a $25 per dog type of facility given the drawbacks and I don't think I will be returning. It might be worth it if you really need a place open 24/7, but if that is not a requirement for you I don't think this is the best place to go.

Great place to wash dog.

Love that this place offers adjustable water pressure, additional dogs are just an extra $5 for a total of $25. Most places we use to go charged that for an individual dog. You can pause your time and the cleaning doesn't take away from your wash session! I love that there are multiple soap options they have available as well as all of the grooming supplies. My dogs are scared of ramps and the stairs were perfect for them!

Best service. Self service dog wash. Private room and smells good. Everything included with towel. I can use my own. Shampoo and select rinse water. I was able to finish only cost $35 with 2 dogs. Machine alerts prior to running out of time. Give option to continue for different options of time.

This is an amazing idea! It was so easy and convenient to use. The room was clean and private which was great for my dogs. And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.
