Shampoo and conditioner come through the hose with the water. The machine includes everything you need. After scanning to pay, the machine activates and you can select all wash options on the touchscreen. We charge per wash, with no dog size limit. Most dog owners finish within 10–15 minutes, while the machine provides over 20 minutes of wash time. If your dog has a thick or fluffy coat, you can add more time, or bring your own dryer if preferred.

We have independent dog groomers operating at our location. Appointments, pricing and services are handled directly by each groomer. Best Friend Dog Wash is not responsible for grooming services.
